Mindfulness For Parents
Starting February 10th 2026
Parenting can be messy, unpredictable, and sometimes…well terrifying. Mindfulness for Parents helps you find calm, focus, and hopefully a little joy without pretending your life is social media perfect!
Who is this course for?
Parents, grandparents, guardians, step-parents, adoptive and foster parents who:
Feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or emotionally drained — even while loving their kids deeply.
Want to respond more calmly but find themselves snapping, shutting down, or spiraling afterward.
Carry a constant mental load of worry, guilt, and responsibility.
Long to be more present and mindful of their parenting journey, rather than just surviving it.
Are tired of surface-level advice and want practical, real-life tools that actually fit busy days.
Want to break reactive cycles and build steadier regulation — without striving for perfection.
Know something needs to change, but don’t have the bandwidth for anything complicated.
Course Overview
A real-world course for parents who love their kids and still lose their cool
Parenting is beautiful, exhausting, triggering, hilarious, and overwhelming. This course isn’t about becoming a perfectly calm parent or never yelling again. It’s about learning how to notice what’s happening inside you, respond instead of react, and repair when things get messy (because they will).
In Mindfulness for Parenting, you’ll learn practical, doable mindfulness tools that fit into real family life during school mornings, sibling conflicts, bedtime meltdowns, and your own moments of overwhelm. We focus on building awareness, nervous system regulation, and compassion for both your child and yourself.
The course is self-paced and designed for real parents with real schedules. Content is delivered through short, easy to digest videos, along with journal prompts, reflections, and small, practical activities you can integrate into everyday life. The core of the course is six weeks, but you can move through it entirely on your own timeline revisiting lessons whenever you need support.

Mindfulness does not have to be perfect, quiet, or Instagram worthy…it just has to work in real life.
Learn how to parent mindfully…at your pace.
You CAN be mindful.
Parenting…is a lot. And sometimes mindfulness sounds impossible when your toddler just threw a crayon at your head or your preteen just told you to “shut up.” This program is about real life, real emotions, and real strategies to help you survive…and maybe find space among the chaos.
Mindfulness taught in a way that’s easy to understand. For busy parents.

“Kelsy’s teachings have helped me slow down, regulate my reactions, and respond more calmly and thoughtfully with my kids instead of reacting in the moment. I am able to be a lot more present, and can sit with whatever comes up, knowing it’s temporary, which has deepened my appreciation and joy in each moment.”
